Discussion Post #2 -The Do’s and Don’t of Business Writing
This assignment is to follow the same format as the one we just did on the Dos and Don’t of giving a Presentation
First: Week (7/8-7/4)
·       View the PowerPoint and videos below, then make two lists of as many “do’s and don’ts of Business Writing” as you can. One list should be on How your document reads (Grammar, Sentence structure, tone, etc)
·       The second list should be on How your document looks. (Paragraph length, sentence length, use of design elements, etc.)
·       Based on your initial post, If you have a comprehensive list and cover a good majority of some of the best do’s and don’t, I will give you 30 points for your work. (or less, if I think things are missing) 
NOTE: ALL your posts cannot be one the SAME DAY. YOU FINAL LIST should be on a different day than your initial list. 
·       After you have made your list, Then read others lists to see if they came up with anything you feel that your lists is missing.
·       Make sure to Comment on others’ lists, and tell them what you liked or agreed with! (Your comments must be substantial, at least 50 words, to receive full credit)
Then refine your list to Your top 0 do’s and don’ts for Business Writing by making additional posts.
To complete this assignment, select “reply” below and either type in your lists or attach a document.
.    You only need to watch some of the videos and as many as you desire until you have a solid list to present.
2.    Compare your list to others and again add new things you learn from others.
