Mr Moore is a cleaner at Baba Bakery as a cleaner, some of the duties are packaging of bread, cleaning of sheet pans, tidiness of the bakery, on several instances he have been told the mop he uses is unclean, the floor of the bakery is dirty. tha bathroom is not clean, the sheet pans are not wash, at the wash basin water , the holding part was full of water that was stink, beacuse of the dirty pans the bread had to be thrown away and due to all this the health department has written the company up for this.
