Write a paper discussing macro organisational behaviour and the role of politics and power in organisational reform.The final paper should be original in the sense that it proposes a way to add knowledge to the topic (empirical paper)
or brings a new perspective to already-established findings in the topic area (conceptual
paper).
A conceptual paper will provide a critical literature review that is used to evaluate the topic
area in question, using your own framework for analysis, and include a way to move this
literature forward.
Although no data collection or analysis is required if you choose to write an empirical paper,
you should write a proposal for such a paper. This will include enough of a review of prior
research that you can develop a series of hypotheses or research questions. You should then
provide your research design, data sources, proposed analyses and, if quantitative, ways of
testing your hypotheses.
