My topic is Health Care Access . Please use at least 3 to 4 sources. I will also need a manscript to go with the presentation. Please see below instructions:

Research the public health problem that you have chosen and collect
epidemiological data regarding who is most impacted (i.e., demographics), what
is the mortality/morbidity rates, and what are risk factors; (2) Pick and
research a SDOH that is associated with the health issue you have picked and
describe how/why the SDOH is associated with the health problem. (3) Research
and summarize ways that the health problem has been addressed (or tried to be
addressed), including how effective the tries were, noting why it worked or
not.
Each
student will use a PowerPoint presentation (or similar format such as Prezi) to
present key findings from their research.
