Identifying reputable scholarly websites is important in scholarly writing. It is also important in informatics for the nurse to proficiently interpret online sources. This assignment allows the student to compare two different websites (scholarly vs non-scholarly). The student will select 2 websites for comparison (scholarly vs non-scholarly). The student will utilize the Health Website Evaluation Template for this assignment.
Healthcare Website Activity
Evaluate two healthcare websites using a rubric you created or found with a search engine. Score the
website using the rubric. Some questions you may address are Accuracy, Authority, and Currency:
The healthcare website activity will be completed and submitted on the approved template. Any work not
submitted on the template will not be accepted.
A minimum of 2 scholarly references should be used. Correct APA, grammar, title and reference page are
required
Create your own template using a scholarly journal and no scholarly journal no more than 5 years ago. No plagiarism at all please.
