This assignment consists of a simulation in which you can role-play facilitating a group. You will write a reflection on the experience. Note that this is an individual assignment your group will be simulated virtually using the scenario below.
You will enter the guided group facilitation/leadership scenario simulation below. The simulation will enable you to make decisions that move the group in one direction or another and create new response situations. This simulation allows you to practice the skills you will need to facilitate the group in practice. You should take notes and reflect on the experience.
